And today we've got an exciting product for you guys, we got the all new Shake Time from 5% Nutrition. I believe this is... Is this their first protein powder?

Brett:
I think it's their first dedicated protein powder.

John:
First dedicated protein powder.

Brett:
They have the Carbs Plus Protein, this is their first protein protein.

John:
And before Brett kind of gets into the ingredients and the macros and the label and everything, we got 25 grams of real food protein, and the protein comes from beef protein, chicken protein, and egg protein. So for those of you guys out there who whey protein doesn't agree with your stomach, you're lactose intolerant, I was going to say vegan but I suppose that wouldn't work, huh? But yeah, I know a lot of people that have trouble with whey protein, makes them bloated, whatever else, this is going to solve all those problems.

Brett:
Yes. And the two flavors are chocolate and vanilla cinnamon. The vanilla cinnamon is 25, this is 26 grams, it's not that big of a deal the difference. I'm going to go over the label of the chocolate one. So we've got 130 calories, it looks like these are both pretty much the same.

John:
Yeah.

Brett:
Two and a half grams of fats, 250 milligrams of sodium, two carbs, both of which are fiber so essentially zero carbs, 26 grams of protein. And then like John said the protein blend is hydrolyzed beef protein isolate, which is like a trademark hydro beef, that's a trademark version of it. There's chicken protein, there's whole egg. In this there's cocoa powder, MCT, natural and artificial flavors, guar gum as a thickener, salt, xanthan gum as a thickener, and then sucralose is the sweetener. We actually tried these, we had a couple of sample packets that they sent in. Unfortunately they're all already gone, but John tried the chocolate, I tried the vanilla cinnamon one. How did you like the chocolate?

John:
Fantastic. I know oftentimes with these beef proteins or meat-based proteins and going with a sweet chocolate or vanilla flavor, kind of tastes a little bit earthy or something like that, but I didn't pick that up at all. It does have the MCTs, which kind of leads to that kind of creamier more milkshake like consistency, so yeah, I thought it was fantastic.

Brett:
Yeah, and especially with the beef protein, because this is a beef protein isolate it's even more finely down, you're just getting the protein, you're not getting anything weird with it. You're not going to taste the egg protein, you're not going to taste the chicken protein, it is super, super smooth. The vanilla cinnamon is awesome, it's kind of like a rare flavor. It's almost like a-

John:
Kind of like an orchato almost.

Brett:
Exactly. I would say like the Black Magic protein, very, very good. I would highly recommend this stuff because this is kind of becoming a whole new thing where people aren't really getting away from whey, but a lot of companies like doing non-whey stuff because a lot of times the brands that do this, the person who makes this stuff is the one who's like I'm getting sick of whey, so this REDCON's MRE Lite is a non-whey protein. What else is there, Carnivore is a beef protein.

John:
I'm seeing a lot more customers come in requesting non-whey proteins.

Brett:
Yes, yeah. As you age a lot of people end up not being able to handle whey as much as they could. You get more lactose intolerant as you age, a lot of people think you shouldn't be drinking milk at all. I don't know about that, but as you age you just can't handle milk as well as you used to. And if that's the case you can always, always, always handle egg protein, chicken protein, beef protein, there's no one who can't. I would be, I don't want to say no one, but I would be blown away if someone drank this and got bloated, it's so rare for that to happen, I just can't see it happening. I can almost give you a guarantee, but I won't. Yeah, so it's Shake Time, 5% nutrition. I stand by this stuff, it's really, really, really good. We have it on our site, bestpricenutrition.com. Yeah, I think that's about all I got.

John:
Yeah, I was excited to see this one, 5% isn't a company who's constantly rolling out new products or new flavors, so it kind of makes it more special when they do.

Brett:
Yeah.

John:
And first dedicated proteins, they were excited to see this one.

Brett:
Absolutely. All right, thanks guys.

John:
Later guys.
