So it looks like in a container, every serving size is five capsules, 24 servings. You get 1,500 milligrams of Nitrosigine, which is a pretty unique way to increase your nitric oxide. You get agmatine sulfate, you got pomegranate extract.

John:
Is pomegranate extract like an NO booster?

Brad:
I don't think it's an NO booster. Hold on, I want to pause this. I just read about it. Fuck. Goddamn it. I just had it in my head. I read it earlier. [inaudible 00:01:38]. Pomegranate seeds are rich in nitrates. Okay.

John:
Okay. You want me to say that again?

Is pomegranate extract an NO booster?

Brad:
So it's not an NO booster the way normally, but it's a nitrate. So yeah, I guess it is an NO booster. Do it one more time. Do it more time.

John:
Hey, Brad is pomegranate extract an NO booster?

Brad:
It's the third time we've done this. It is an NO booster because it has nitrates in it. It has antioxidants as well, but nitrates are going to pretty directly and pretty efficiently boost your nitric oxide. I think it might be even better than citrulline, and that's why people like beetroot powder so much, because it's really high in nitrates, and then it has S7 and it says it's an NO boosting herbal extract blend. They've got green coffee bean extract, green tea extract, turmeric extract, tart cherry, blueberry, broccoli and kale. S7 is actually in quite a few different things.

John:
It's gotten really popular.

Brad:
Yeah. It's not even only used as an NO boosting thing, but the fact that there's these dark green cruciferous vegetables in there. Tart cherry, it's going to be similar to pomegranate where it's going to have nitrates. Green tea extract, I think that's probably going to be like the EGCG type deal. turmeric, that's going to help with inflammation. I'm not sure if that's specifically what they mean by the NO boosting, but for sure the tart cherry and the broccoli and the kale are definitely going to help with that, and Magnum is a really good, good brand. A lot of people don't want to do... It seems to me like it's usually the older generation. They don't want to do powders.

John:
Right?

Brad:
They want to do pills. They always want to do pills. So this is probably specifically who that's for. If you don't want to take a flavored powder something, you just want to take a handful of pills, swallow them and go to the gym.

John:

I'd say maybe even a little bit sooner than that, because some of this stuff takes a while to kick in and you want to drink a lot of water with anything that you're going to do that's a pump product.
