Good fish oil alternative.

This is a good fish oil alternative. Flora uses flax to get essential fatty acids. It helps cognitive function and heart health. I take about 3 tablespoons everyday. I keep if frozen in a container. When it is frozen, it can still be scooped like soft butter. The taste is not good on it's own, so I blend it in shakes and smoothies. I will only recommend this product if you cant get or eat fish oil.

Use it in my Protein Shakes

Udo's Choice DHA 369 Blend tastes great in my protein shakes. Keep the bottle in the box though as it's hard to keep the oil from dripping on the side of the bottle as you pour.

This has been easily the best Essential Fatty Acid Complex I've taken. I lost fat over a 2 month period (although I will still stay on it for the rest of my life) and blook pressure improved, and LDL went down. I feel good when I take it too...a goo
