So happy to find this supplement. My digestion problems are improving since I've begun using it. I add one tablespoon to 1/2 cup plain kefir daily and afterward I feel satisfied and comfortable. In addition to the high Omega 3s, lignans, and fiber (soluble and insoluble), it also provides some calcium, iron, and magnesium which I needed.
I thought this would be a bag of flax seeds for me to grind as I need them, but it turned out to be already milled into a powder.
