Taking Psyllium Husk does not break a fast. Consuming Psyllium Husk does not cause an insulin reaction so it's actually a great way to stay full and limit your hunger while not breaking a fast.
I've been taking Psyllium Husk as a supplement for almost a decade but I absolutely love Sylly brand and had to leave a review. Gut health is definitely an underrated area of health and well being and I like that Sylly allows me to support my digestion and maintain my gut health with these convenient packets. I don't always like to take my fiber first thing in the morning so I like that I can take these on the go.
Sylly is amazing, it keeps me feeling full all day which is great as I'm currently doing intermittent fasting and used to get hungry later in the afternoons.
I used to only poop once a day, now I poop 2-3 times a day and feel lighter and less bloated. I also like that this product doesn't cause gas or make me fart.
